In the document overview when you go into edit the properties of the document, there is a button that allows the owner or delegate to upload a new version or edit the document in MS Word. This process bypasses the formal modification process. We would like the ability to control this function. There are some controlled documents that should always require approval no matter how small the change is to the content of the document. Ideally this should be a per document setting or if that is not possible, then it should be an application/module permission.
