It would be nice if the date and time field type would still have the calendar/date picker rather than just the quick "Now" button. If you are trying to record something in the past with a date and time you have to manually enter everything in the exact format or else you get an error message. It would also be nice if we could set the format of the date and time field. For us having seconds really doesn't matter so hh:mm would be sufficient. I have added some examples of how other web applications we use handle date and time pickers for reference.
