Improve workflow's generated automatic emails

Currently, there is only one flag seelction for "Add result as table below this message and include attachment(s)". It would be good to split into 2 different selection, one to add result table and one for the inclusion of attachments. Also, the link to the record should be anyhow present in the notification email, even if results and attachments are not included.
