My document owners often confuse the manage document icon with the modification proposal icon. This causes them to deviate from procedure by managing the document themselves rather than going through lifecycle control. It would be helpful to limit access to doc management and/or to change one of the icons, both the "Manage Document" and "Submit Modification Proposal" icons also have similar pencil images that further confuse my users.
