Currently, only people belonging to the groups in the notification list receive the notification in case of new document (or new revision) issue, together with the task to read and confirm the aknowledgment. It would be great for all the people to have anyhow visibility in the home page about the latest issued documents and revisions (e.g.: a "Documents - What's new" box under the task boxes), similarly to what already happens for the software upgradesd in the "what's new" area of the personal profile.
