We would like the ability to have more control over creating and deleting saved filters. Right now it appears that anyone that has view access to an analysis set can create and delete saved filters. It would be nice if a user could create/delete filters that only apply for them. We would also like the ability for key users to create filters that can be used by all users, but only be changed/deleted by key users. This would in overall management and curation of data in the system.
