Currently we can add multiple records with the same Primary Key in selection lists. E.g.: We defined a Master Data Items selection list with a Item # field. This fields identifies an Item and makes it unique. Users should be protected from being able to enter duplicate records with the same Primary Key. In an environment with a large number of Master Data, which can also be dictated via interfaces with other systems, it is essential that Primary Key violations are prevented. If this is not possible our data integrity is at risk!
