Currently specifications are only viewable if you also have the permissions to be able to evaluate and manage them. In our company we have departments, that we would like to be able to see specifications, but unable to manage or evaluate them. I request that a feature would be made, so that people have view permission of specifications, which is separate from the manage and evaluate permissions.
