When a user is changed to inactive the history of document confirmations is lost. That's a pity and NOK during audits; there no proof the user was trained properly. Even if there's a change to another usergroup all the data is lost and a new notification list is generated. When a user changes to another usergroup the history is lost even if there are a lot of similar notifications on the list. It would more logic to leave these and only add the new (pending confirmations).
