Workflow to update multiple valid (existing) results in target set

The expected functionality is that all valid entries in the target set will be updated, currently it appears that only the first entry (found or chronologically) is.
Please allow multiple results which have valid values in the field used for selection to be targeted.

A related idea would be to add multiple selection fields, so that workflow target selection can be multifactor.
