ISO 9001 and 14001 are risk-based quality certifications. A standard requirements are looking at risks of safety, environment, quality and change (etc.) This is usually scored with a RPN score or a similar method. These registries are essential to all quality systems. It would be an improvement if there would be a standard compliant registry in the QESH module to centralize all the fmea/audit/etc findings with RPN scores, preventive actions and results scores connecting these to the action list.
