Ability to add tooltips to fields.

It would be helpful to be able to add tooltips to fields. These could either info icons (like already exist in the system) or even hover-over popups that display some additional text about either the purpose of the field or helps with what kind of data is expected to be entered into the field.

Spot on. We are designing an updated version of the form editor, and tooltips per field is one of the new features we have on our radar.
