When a user is no longer with the company or otherwise no longer needs access to the system it would be nice to be able to select a replacement when deactivating if they are the owner or default on fields. Example: John is the owner of 8 documents, and default owner of 3 action list types. John leaves and James will take his place. When deactivating John, you have to make sure that you have replaced him everywhere or the system will not allow you to deactivate. Instead it would be nice to be able to select John's replacement as James and have the system automatically change all instances of John to James.
