Filters for Date/Time Fields

For Date/Time fields, it should be possible to enter a time parameter into the set filter. For example, currently it is not possible to filter all records that were created yesterday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Right now our only option would be to filter by the date and then export to Excel to perform further filtering.
