See Multiple 5x Whys on Full Result Page

Currently, if a CAPA has multiple 5x Whys, only one will show up when you are looking at the full result page. It would be great if you could choose which you wanted to look at or cycle through the available ones instead of having to go to the Five Times Why results overview page and sorting by related incident.
