We have come across a couple of scenarios where it would be very helpful to have the ability to select multiple options from a selection list. Currently, we can only accomplish the desired outcome by having multiple selection lists. Here are a couple of examples where these multi-select options would be helpful. Example 1: Safety incident classification. Depending on the severity of an incident, it could be classified as high-potential (HiPo), Serious Injury or Fatality (SIF), Life-saving Rule Violation (LSRV), Vehicle Involved, Stop Work Authority Used (SWA). One or more of these classifications can apply to any incident. Currently we have a separate field for each with its own checkbox or yes:no selection list. Example 2: As part of an incident investigation, we add the names or employee IDs of every employee or external person involved in the incident. Currently we have to use a text field to capture this list which makes the data prone to entry errors.
