If the owner of the document is absent for a long time, it is necessary that the admin can perform the tasks so that documents can be published in the event of urgency or changes with a major impact on the working method. The same applies to the departure of an employee where change processes are still ongoing. The same applies to the approver(s).. We have now SSO, when we used usernames/passwords I changed that and we could log in as different person. that's not an option anymore (and also not a workmethode we prefer).
